Get to know our Pastors
Pastor Lou and Kristen have served as our lead pastors since 2015. They are an exciting duo that bring much experience to our church. Originally from Buffalo, NY, they have served in many areas from youth & young adults, to becoming senior pastors of a church plant and revitalization. Pastor Lou is an effective and engaging communicator that draws in many to the teachings of the Bible. Kristen is a dynamic leader, planner, coach, and mom. She is also the Director of Family Ministries at The Well. Together, Lou and Kristen have three children.
Jesse is The Well Worship Pastor! He has a heart for Jesus, compassion for the lost and hurting and a dynamic voice he uses to Lead Worship At the Well. He is a Florida native, and a graduate of South Eastern University, and Currently working on his Masters degree!
Miss Ann, is the PRE-K Teacher! She is a ray of sunshine! She will love your children well, and as a retired nurse she also has the experience and knowledge to keep them safe.
